Bryn Roberts and the Adventure Inc Team have planned and co-ordinated our Amazing Race Experiences for the past 2 years - one in Durban in 2009 and one in Cape Town in 2010.
In both instances, the participants had an excellent time and it definitely was the highlight of the trip. The Amazing Races were fun, challenging, safe, well organized and unique.
Bryn was very flexible and was always on top of everything. He actively tried to accommodate all our needs and was fun and friendly to all the participants. I was impressed with all the work and planning time he put into our events which, I have no doubt, added to their success.

In the last 2 or so years I have needed to run with a number of Team Building events for the Customer Development Teams, many of them to varying audiences and requiring different formats. They have successfully delivered on each occasion whether it is the CSI challenge, Amazing Race, Weakest Link, Fear Factor or specifically tailor made arrangements which involved learning about peregrine falcons at Tala Game reserve or riding bikes. Dear Bryn,
Just a note to say what a pleasure it was to work with your and your team during Football World Cup 2011.
The project was a great success and that was largely due to the extraordinary team that you and Allan created. All the staff were a credit to you and I personally noted your management and communication skills with them to be exemplary.
I thought your leadership and team spirit was one of the most important qualities in the event and particularly with the event duration. It was evident that you and your team were tight, prepared and worked methodically through what was needed for the 1030 guests that came through our camp.
Your company obviously has endless experience with events like this and that was another contributing factor for the success of everything. What I particularly liked was the seamless way that you and your team dealt with logistical issues that always presented themselves in the remote location that we were – it was very impressive and I knew we were in the best hands.
On a personal level, I found you to be a breath of fresh air each day with your great sense of humour, warm and caring manner and competent delivery of everything you took on.
We really hope we get to work with you and your team again in the near future and would recommend your services to anyone coming down your way!
