TALA ADVENTURES
SURVIVOR SERIES
Survivor - is a popular reality television game show format produced in many countries throughout the world. In the show, tribes are isolated in the wilderness and compete for Survivor beads and other prizes. The program uses a system of immunity challenges, allowing the contestants to compete against one another until only one final tribe remains and wins the title of "Sole Survivor".
During the course of the game, players compete as tribes or individually in contests called challenges. Challenges consist of problem solving, teamwork, dexterity, and/or willpower, and are designed to fit the theme of Tala Wilderness.

JAMESON JOURNAL
In 1890, whilst exploring the Port Natal region, two pioneers, John Jameson and Captain Courtney discovered the Tala Wilderness. Their objective was to map the area, hunt and meet the various tribes that lived in the valley.
Pieces of incoherent information (induced by yellow fever) was retrieved from Jamesons Journal, telling of the trials and tribulations they encountered along the way. Plot their course, using modern technology and see what they saw all those years ago!!
Teams are issued Game drive vehicles, Global Positioning Systems and pages from the Journal. Selections of challenges are set up around the reserve, which need to be completed against the clock.

DEADLY DOZEN SNAKE PRESENTATION
The group will make their way down into a cleared area in the surrounding bush, at Lynton. The area will have a Captains Camp theme, under the forest canopy. The group will be welcomed by Byron Zimmerman, one of the provinces leading expert on reptiles.
Before them lies an interactive snake arena, complete with floor netting, tables, director chairs and branding. (Safari theme). The entire area will have a safari theme with colonial African dressing within the area.
The group watches an interactive snake presentation, with the delegates actually getting involved with some of Africa's magnificent reptiles.
BUSH / MOUNTAIN BIKING
- A facilitated 1.5 hr mountain bike trail
Includes two guides on each trail.
- 2 way communication between camp and guides.
- Back up servicing groups, complete with bike technician, full set of spares.
- All related equipment including Trek 3600 bikes and helmets.
ASTRONOMY
The universe is vast, forever changing and filled with peculiar and beautiful objects. Using telescopes and multimedia we will show you some of these wonders in an unforgettable evening's entertainment. We tell it in simple terms. We match our stories, topic and depth of detail to the mood of your group. We do it because we enjoy it.
DRUMMING
Each delegate is supplied with a drum and then introduced to drumming by a professional team of drummers. Individuals work together creating an unbounding network of rhythm offering a unique and unforgettable experience
SAFARI SPA
Captains Nomadic Spa provides a remote and Eco Treatment Experience offering an exceptional experience of rest and relaxation. The mobile facility is focussed on allowing you the opportunity to best maximise your time and needs, whilst enjoy the beauty of the surrounding natural environment and habitat will being rejuvenated with a soothing spar treatment.
CAPTAINS CAMP
Delegates will be transported to their meal location which has already been laid out for them, complete with dining tents, lanterns, fireplace, colonial bar, and where they will sit down and be served a mouth-watering plated meal.
Delegates will be wined and dined in style, under the shimmer of the full moon for dinner or in the crisp morning air for breakfast
