Cardio Team Tennis is a new, fun group team building activity featuring drills to give delegates of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by teaching professionals, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. This is a team driven program with points being allocated during each round. .
